Class Descriptions

Absolute ABS Exercises focusing on the abdominals and back, designed to strengthen the core of the body.    ANY LEVEL OF EXERCISER.
"O" Yoga:  Fun, funky and challenging. Based on Steve Ross' 'Exhale' It's yoga that doesn't take itself too seriously.
Boxing Works:  This high-energy workout is a boxers workout. Jumping rope, boxing drills, speeed bags, non-contact mitt boxin. A great workout for anyone wanting to lose weight or increase endurance. SELF-PACED, YOU CONTROL THE INTENSITY

FLOW-YOGA® This unique style of registered yoga was designed to challenge and improve core stability, mobility, and range of motion while connecting the mind and body as one. This class is ideal for anyone who wants to improve flexibity through a can't fail journey into yoga! ANY LEVEL OF YOGIE!     

Cardio Blast: A High energy workout for evryone! You'll burn fat and get the body toned with this fun non-impact overall workout.

Step: A great class for the stepper. You'll get a great cardio workout while stepping to high energy and fun choreography. ADVANCED EXERCISER.

Morning Mania:  Start your day with a fun refreshing class. A 30 minute, combination of all kinds of different exercises good for your entire body. ANY LEVEL OF EXERCISER
Muscle Conditioning:  Fun and innovative strength exercises to help create an fat-blasting sculpted  body. Prepare yourself for high energy and lots of fun. ANY LEVEL OF EXERCISER.
 Jump and Pump: This high energy class is sure to give you a great aerobic workout as well as some strength training. ANY LEVEL OF EXERCISER
A Ball of Fun: A class that uses stability balls, medicine balls, gliding, rollers and BOSU to give you a complete overall body workout. ANY LEVEL 
Pure Pilates Learn the original mat exercises invented by "Joseph Pilates" the inventor of this exercise craze! Floor exercises designed to lengthen the spine, build muscle tone, and increase strength, body awareness, and flexibility. FOR ANY LEVEL OF EXERCISER.

Advanced Pilates with Yoga: A challenging mix of beginning, intermediate and advanced Pilates with Yoga moves throughout for smooth transitions.  Not Only will Pi-Yo work the core, it will dramatically increase both strength and flexiblity. FOR THE ADVANCED PILATES ADVOCATE.

Strength:  No aerobics or fancy footwork required. This class utilizes free weights, body bars, medicine balls, stability balls, bands, and the Bosu to completely tone and tighten the entire body. ANY LEVEL OF EXERCISER.
Total Body:  A class that works every muscle in the body. A little cardio, strength, balance and stretch. ANY LEVEL OF EXERCISER.

To The Core: A great early morning class for abs and back with a little Pilates flair. ANY LEVEL OF EXERCISER.
