Cal Adams is a NASM Master Trainer with half a decade of hands on experience. Fitness and wellness has been his passion since he was young. After high school, Cal went on to get NASM certified and has managed several gyms across the country. Cal’s dedication and hard work has propelled him to where he is now: a husband, father, entrepreneur, and fitness consultant.
